We operate licensed Holiday Homes in Dubai under permits issued by the Dubai Department of Economy & Tourism (DET). Our registered details are shown on the cover page of this document.

- Booking and stay information (property reserved, dates, number of guests, special requests, payments, deposits, incident reports).
- Compliance and fees data required to administer Tourism Dirham and other regulatory obligations.

- Website/device information (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) and cookies/analytics.
HOW WE OBTAIN DATA
- Directly from you during inquiries, bookings, check-in/out, or when you subscribe to updates.
- From authorized booking platforms that transmit reservation details to us.
- From WhatsApp conversations initiated by you or after your explicit opt-in to receive WhatsApp messages from us (opt-in is collected outside WhatsApp).
PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASES
- Booking management and contract performance (manage reservations, check-in/out, customer support, property access and safety).
- Regulatory compliance with DET Holiday Homes rules (guest registration, unit permitting/classification) and administration of Tourism Dirham.
- Security and fraud prevention (identity verification, safeguarding guests and property, incident handling).
- Service communications (transactional notices about your booking or stay, including WhatsApp service messages within applicable windows).

WHATSAPP BUSINESS COMMUNICATIONS
- We only message you on WhatsApp after explicit opt-in that clearly names our business and the types of messages you will receive.
